Max at our table next to Tim Root. We didn't expect half of Portland to show up in Olympia - what a great surprise. It was a fun day with friends, but we didn't sell many books. The highlight for me was when a kid maybe the age of 11 picked up my mini-comic "Wet Sandwich", quickly read it and then said, "I don't get it, well, maybe I kinda do." Another great moment was when I offered a guy a free postcard and he said, "Oh no, I wouldn't look at it and it would just add to the clutter." Thanks, Olympia!
